This release includes the BucketLender (#357) contract, which simplifies lending for a tokenized position to be as easy as sending ETH / tokens to an address

Also included is a proxy contract that allows margin tokens to be minted with ETH directly (#393)

Finally, we now seed our test docker container with sample positions and 0x orders (#398), and publish them in the @dydxprotocol/protocol npm package. Read more about how to use them in the readme
