GearDex v1.0.5

This release improves the manual macOS update check experience.

Fixes

  • Shows a confirmation dialog when Check for Updates... is clicked and GearDex is already current.
  • Registers updater listeners before the silent startup update check.
  • Keeps the v1.0.4 updater packaging fix, including the full electron-updater runtime dependency tree.

Install

If you are on v1.0.4, use GearDex > Check for Updates... to update to v1.0.5. You can also install manually from the DMG.

  • Apple Silicon Macs: download GearDex-1.0.5-arm64.dmg.
  • Intel Macs: download GearDex-1.0.5.dmg.
