Codex reads its account-aware live catalog, so GPT-6 Astra appears as soon as the signed-in Codex account offers it. Claude discovers current aliases advertised by the installed Claude CLI, including Fable, and Pi continues to use its authenticated model catalog. Open model pickers update when refresh completes, without a relaunch.
