Embody externalizes TouchDesigner COMPs and DATs to diffable files and restores them on open. Envoy is the MCP server inside it that lets an AI assistant build, wire and inspect live networks. Convoy moves files and switches branches; TDXN 2.2 makes copies self-contained.

  • Convoy git: branches and worktrees. switch_branch (clean tree only) and optional sibling <project>-wt-<name> worktrees for every Git action; a pull now refuses a branch other than the one checked out instead of moving it. Upgraded and older hosts refuse each other's Convoy Git calls until the fleet updates.
  • convoy_send_file. Sends a project file to a node's inbox, a worktree, or (with live=true and Allow Execute TD Python on the target) its live project.
  • TDXN format 2.2. Each file rewrites its header once; an Embody older than 6.2.71 warns instead of mis-building.
  • Self-contained clipboard copies. Nested externalized COMPs and DAT text travel inline, so a paste can no longer revert the original's .py; a copy warns about locked operator data.
  • Fixes. Nested COMPs keep custom parameters through a strip-on-save; the Envoy highlight tint no longer leaks into exports; ExportNetwork drops cleanup_protected (breaking). +41 tests.
