Foreground-safe multi-agent rework.

Sessions and agents now share the browser without agents foregrounding tabs or taking over the window the user is working in. Includes supporting changes across the extension background/content scripts, options UI, and side panel, plus MCP server tool updates and a file-based MCP stdio client. All package versions aligned with the extension manifest at 1.0.1.
