A super fast alfred workflow for github, in rust

This is an alfred workflow that was originally a wild collection of fish shell scripts, jq, curl, and xargs.
I've rewritten it in rust with a particular preference for speed.

After adding the workflow to alfred, please install with cargo install --path .
