DAI Desktop v0.1.0

Installers for the DAI desktop app.

These are not code-signed yet, so the first launch needs a
detour: on Windows choose More info → Run anyway, and on macOS
right-click the app and choose Open.

A file built with this app is the same file the command line
builds, and opens on a machine that has never seen this installer.
