df-grid-toolbar's justify-content: space-between treated every toolbar-start/
toolbar-end child as one flat row, so with only toolbar-end populated (e.g.
several action buttons) each button landed evenly spread across the full
toolbar width instead of grouped together. Each slot now renders inside its
own flex group, so space-between pushes the two GROUPS apart and buttons
within a group sit next to each other.
