Notes

• The Tabnine permissions adapter refuses to write six command-executing / host-pointing keys of the tabnine override (tools.discoveryCommand, tools.callCommand, tools.shell.pager, tools.sandbox.command, general.tabnineHost, general.preferredEditor) and warns about trust-affecting settings such as a disabled sandbox; see the Tabnine section of docs/reference/file-formats.md.
• Cortex Code permissions, commands, and ignore files are not generated: the upstream documentation describes contradictory permission formats and no command or ignore surface yet.
