• New target: Continue (--targets continue). Rulesync now generates and imports the configuration surface of Continue by @dyoshikawa in #3044
  • Rules: AGENTS.md (project root) / ~/.continue/rules/AGENTS.md (global) plus .continue/rules/*.md with the alwaysApply, globs, regex, description and name frontmatter keys. alwaysApply: true drops the globs, and the Continue-only keys round-trip through the continue frontmatter block.
  • Ignore: .continueignore (project) and ~/.continue/.continueignore (global).
  • MCP: .continue/mcpServers/mcp.json (project / global) with stdio and sse / http remote servers; entries Continue cannot start are skipped with a warning, and envFile is dropped with a warning because Continue ignores it.
  • Commands: .continue/prompts/<name>.md with invokable: true.
  • Skills: .continue/skills/<name>/SKILL.md (project / global).
  • Hooks: the Claude-Code-compatible hooks key of .continue/settings.json (project / global) with all 17 Continue hook events, using $CONTINUE_PROJECT_DIR for dot-relative commands.
  • Permissions: the global-only ~/.continue/permissions.yaml (allow / ask / exclude), keeping entries for tools Rulesync does not manage.
