Bug Fixes

• Antigravity (IDE / CLI / plugin): mcp_config.json is now read as JSONC. Antigravity CLI 1.1.24 started accepting // and /* */ comments and trailing commas in the MCP config, but Rulesync still parsed the existing file with strict JSON.parse, so a commented config aborted both generate and import. The shared adapter now goes through parseJsonc (comments and trailing commas accepted, prototype-pollution keys stripped, a non-object root rejected with a clear message) at all three parse sites; the file is still written back as plain JSON, so comments are dropped on rewrite, matching the other JSONC-reading adapters. • Claude Code permissions: the settings scope tables were synced with the 2026-09 settings reference. enableArtifact is now written at project scope (the reference lists it as Any file); autoContinueAtUsageLimit, bashEditDiffEnabled, desktopSessionCleanupPeriodDays, feedbackDrafts and modelPicker are dropped from project-scope .claude/settings.json with a warning because Claude Code only honors them in user or managed settings; and the managed-only / ~/.claude.json keys copyOnSelect, disableDesktopLocalSessions, gatewayInternalNetworks, managedMcpServers, managedSourcesBehavior and modelPricing are never emitted.
