Jevgrep 0.4.0

Same intelligence. ~30% lower coding-agent cost.

Jevgrep and the saved no-Jev baseline both completed 8 of 10 tasks in the evaluated Python SWE-bench subset. Full Sol cost fell from $7.62 to $5.44—a measured 28.6% reduction, rounded to ~30%. Costs include unsuccessful attempts and exclude Jev. These are observed results on a tuned subset, not guaranteed savings for every task.

This release includes source-first context output, query-aware folder prioritization, more selective file discovery, and a neutral agent skill focused on CLI usage. The README and both illustrations now reflect the equal task completion result and lower cost.
