Yap v0.1.53

Yap is the macOS recording and agent-operated video toolkit. This release ships
Yap.app, the yap CLI and the com.dzhng.yap app identity. Install the app for
this identity; capture permissions must be granted to Yap separately.

0.1.53

Withdraws the 0.1.52 audio change. When an audio track's samples could not be
placed on its declared clock, 0.1.52 filled the missing time with silence and
reported it as recorded audio. Those reads fail again, as in 0.1.51. Audio that
genuinely ends early is still reported as unavailable, not as silence.
