Supported in 0.2.x: validate, plan, apply, and import for Matomo goals plus Tag Manager Data Layer variables, Custom Event triggers, and Matomo Analytics event tags. Tag Manager publication is declarative through provider configuration and remains visible in plan before apply can publish. State remains local; create/update/import only, with no destroy.

This GitHub release is created as a draft. Publish it only after a clean install of a release artifact and the documented non-production Matomo release verification have succeeded.
