WILMS v1.7.2 — RC Stabilization

Summary

Release-candidate stabilization for market-facing UX: financial-grade operational dashboard, board executive view, finished Export Center actions, Product Tour 2.0, plus RC2 foundations (guided starter, broadened offline shell cache, documentation suite, certification notes).

No financial engine, RBAC, reconciliation, notification, or scheduler business rules were changed.
