WILMS v1.8.0 Final Production Release

Same release identity as v1.8.0 (no version bump). Tag: v1.8.0-final.

Major fixes

  • Guarantor capacity: up to 3 active borrowers; duplicate only for the same borrower
  • Borrower communication correction and mandatory borrower SMS policy
  • Readable IDs: BRW-YYYY-NNNNN, LN-YYYY-NNNNN, collector Name (COL-###)
  • Branded WILMS_ export filenames (CSV / Excel / PDF / Word)
  • Group-collection GPS + exception audit; GPS on reconciliation, reports, payment logs
  • Collector borrower-update request workflow (migration 0044)
  • Geographic hierarchy on registration and approver review
