• Settings enforcement (saved group size and max loan)
• Workflow corrections (capacity, community formation queue, loan stepper)

• Notification timing (no borrower SMS until registration approval)
• Rejection, blacklist, and escalation notifications
• Guarantor notifications (loan approved, fully repaid, more than two missed payments)
• Export identifier and filename improvements retained
• Operational reliability (blacklist route parity, health identity v1.8.1)
• GPS placeholder only — no GhanaPost GPS integration
