• Fix a stray folder (e.g. 2026-09-18.m) being created next to the daily note when the Daily notes folder setting is empty (notes in the vault root). Existing stray folders are empty and can be deleted manually.

• Month calendar in the right sidebar with Japanese public holidays (振替休日 and 国民の休日 included) and holiday names
• Japanese era year above the month
• Sundays in red, Saturdays in blue, today highlighted
• Dots on dates that have a daily note; hover to preview
• Select a date to open its daily note, creating it from your template if needed (works with the core Daily notes plugin and Periodic Notes)
• Labels follow the app language (Japanese / English)
• Requires Obsidian 1.13.0 or later
