The staff of the healthcare organization must manage each case received and monitor them. To do this, the tool allows you to edit information on suspected cases using a tab designed for this purpose, as well as track their state of evolution through the states defined in the previous section.

As you can see, it is made up of 3 distinct sections:

  • Case data.
  • Triage responses.
  • Epidemiological information system.

In the first section, all the affiliation data sent by the citizen from the mobile app appear, as well as a text field to record the observations that the organization's staff deems appropriate. All changes in the status of the case are recorded in this form, and the date and time of the corresponding event are noted. State transitions occur as a consequence of the succession of certain events:

The result of the clinical test for detection of the disease (positive or negative) and the final result of the evolution of the state of health (recovered or deceased) can also be recorded. This form shows the responses that the user has noted in the triage questionnaire, according to the data provided by the citizen.

Finally, the appointment management is done in the appointment management form. In this form the necessary elements are available to generate the appointment to the patient.

With the help of a calendar, the date is obtained, and the time and place of performance (home, health center, etc.) are also specified, as well as any type of observation that conditions or applies to the practice to be carried out.

This form is accessible from any screen of the web application through the button enabled at the bottom of it. From this location we can also indicate if the patient has been contacted prior to notification of the appointment to find out in more detail their health status.
