FA v0.3.4

FA — Find Anonymity v0.3.4

  • Full-screen (edge-to-edge): the app now draws behind the system bars, so the black background
reaches the display edges. Content stays properly inset — nothing hides under the status or
    navigation bar.
  • Rule rows show a compact status — ON · 00:01:26 instead of ON — next change in …. On
narrower rows the countdown was previously cut off; now it always fits. Applied to all 15 locales.
  • Refreshed F-Droid screenshots (dashboard with live countdowns, transmission monitor, clock
    schedule editor, getting-started tutorial).

Everything from v0.3.x: two typed confirmations before arming the panic-lock, transmission monitor,
Bluetooth + location toggles, clock scheduling, scroll-free dashboard. Requires Android 12 (API 31).

FA — Find Anonymity v0.3.3

Arming the panic-lock now requires two typed confirmations, so it cannot be triggered by
accident — for example in a pocket while the app is open:

  1. The warning dialog additionally requires typing a fixed three-word phrase (ARM PANIC LOCK,
localised) exactly before Continue is enabled.
  2. A second dialog shows a freshly generated six-digit code that must be typed back before the
    arm button becomes active.

Both dialogs cancel cleanly. Combined with the existing "type CONFIRM" field, arming now takes three
deliberate typed inputs.

Verified on device: the phrase check enables Continue only on an exact match, the second dialog
generates a new code per attempt, and cancelling leaves the lock disarmed.

Also in 0.3.x: the dashboard title is just "FA", the dashboard fits one portrait screen without
scrolling, transmission monitor, Bluetooth + location toggles, clock scheduling, forced reboot.
Requires Android 12 (API 31).

FA — Find Anonymity v0.3.2

  • The dashboard title bar now reads just FA (the "— daemon.status" suffix is gone), in all 15
    languages.

Everything from v0.3.x: transmission monitor, scroll-free dashboard, Bluetooth + location toggles,
clock scheduling, forced reboot, panic-lock. Requires Android 12 (API 31).

FA — Find Anonymity v0.3.1

Fixed: the dashboard no longer scrolls for no reason. It previously needed about 900dp of
height, so nearly every phone let you nudge it a little even though everything "almost" fit.

  • Rule rows are now single-line (icon · name · status · chevron) instead of stacked — the
    biggest space saving.
  • Panic card collapsed to one tappable row; the redundant hint line and footer were dropped.
  • A compact mode kicks in automatically on shorter screens (tighter spacing, section title
dropped), so the whole dashboard fits without scrolling.

Verified by simulating real display sizes on-device: 914dp, 850dp, 800dp and 720dp screen
heights all fit with zero scroll, and it still fits at 115% and 130% system font scale. Very
small screens (~640dp) still scroll — six rules plus the cards genuinely don't fit there, so
scrolling remains available rather than cramming the UI.

Everything from v0.3.0 (transmission monitor, Bluetooth + location toggles, clock scheduling,
forced reboot, panic-lock). Requires Android 12 (API 31).
