fix: UpdateDialog TDZ错误 — installerPath声明移至useCallback之前

const [installerPath, setInstallerPath] = useState('') 声明在
handleInstall 的 useCallback 之后，导致依赖数组 [api, installerPath]
在 TDZ 中访问 installerPath，抛出 Cannot access 'installerPath'
before initialization。

修复：将 useState 声明移至组件顶部与其他 state 声明并列。
