Full rewrite in Swift for macOS 15+, with modern Quick Look extensions and a new host app inspector.

Requires macOS 15 or later. The old Quick Look plugin (.qlgenerator) is gone – Sonoma and earlier are no longer supported.

• Host app inspector – open or drop supported files for a full-window inspection, with multi-window support
• Rewritten previews and thumbnails as Quick Look extensions
• App Store metadata from iTunesMetadata.plist in IPA previews
• Explicit provisioning profile type and signature status
• Parse failures and validation diagnostics shown in the preview instead of failing silently
• Fixed certificate expiration parsing, macOS .xcarchive and .appex bundles, unknown platforms and nested entitlement values
• Hardened against malformed input: crafted code signatures, zip bombs, nested app bundles
