FleetWise Application is a simple asset tracking application, that is designed to categorize your assets. It can create maintenance plans and send soft alerts to your application when plans are due or need revision. FleetWise is built with ease of access in mind, and allows audience members to quickly and easily view / update / delete or share assets with other members.
FleetWise is designed to create a common operating platform for all of our clients' assets and it is unique amongst its peers as it supports our audience members in managing the assets with ease. It is designed to categorize assets, share assets and even create custom maintenance plans to support revisions for your assets. It can also create reports based on various timeline changes and allows the client to export all of the resources with ease.
As our clients add assets to their portfolio, keeping tabs on each and every one of them would be a daunting task. FleetWise is designed to alleviate such problem. FleetWise also allows for sharing assets between clients and allows for custom reports to be built based on the movements of assets within the application. Currently, FleetWise uses Docker for Infrastructure as a Service platform. A couple of niche technologies used are Postgresql 15 for storing information, MinIO for Object Storage and File Transfer Solution, Go Programming Language to handle communication between the web application and database application and React 17+ for all frontend related services. Since our customer portfolio are built with various devices in mind, we use client side browser rendering to support all communications between client and the service itself.
Since couple of topics would sway our developers away from the main directives of the application, we realized that writing spikes and doing some research would be the best alternative so that our application can retain its initial momentum and still be productive to yield results.
