Fixes

  • jira ticket-from-json (after-json): pass --pr to lunar component get-json so it reads the PR-scoped Component JSON and resolves the ticket. Previously it fetched the main-branch JSON (no .vcs.pr), logged "No .vcs.pr.title … skipping", and exited without writing .vcs.pr.ticket — so ticket-present failed on PRs. Also adds the jira collector's first regression test, wired into CI. (#277)
  • Fix invalid uses: scheme in cataloger READMEs. (#276)

Consumers pin with @v1.12.1 in lunar-config.yml.
