Patch release — bug fixes and improvements to existing plugins. No new collectors or policies.

Fixes

  • github-org cataloger — raise the fetch ceiling so large orgs are no longer silently truncated (#279)
  • pagerduty collector — retry with backoff on transient API errors (#281)
  • backstage collector — support multi-document catalog-info.yaml (multiple entities separated by ---); every entity is parsed into .catalog.native.backstage.entities[] while the primary entity stays hoisted so single-entity policies keep working (#280)

Improvements

  • vcs policy — make failure text and docs vendor-agnostic (#278)

Consumers pin this release with @v1.12.2 in their lunar-config.yml.
