Improvements

  • github-org cataloger — added a default_domain input (stamps a domain on every discovered repo and registers it under .domains so the hub's domain-reference validation passes) and GitHub Enterprise Server support via a configurable github_host (auth routes through GH_ENTERPRISE_TOKEN for non-github.com hosts). Both inputs are optional and fully backward-compatible. (#220)
