Newer external/SDK-mode CLI builds (UA suffix "(external, cli)") have been
observed to drop claude-code-20250219 from anthropic-beta, causing real
traffic to be rejected at step 4.2. Downgrade the check to a soft warning
(emitted as claude_code_validator_soft_warn) so we keep visibility without
bouncing legitimate requests, and add a logSoftCheck helper to distinguish
soft hints from hard rejects.
