agent-sdk/X.Y.Z identifies the @anthropic-ai/claude-agent-sdk package,
which any third-party app can embed. Including it in uaOfficialSDKPattern
would open a generic bypass for arbitrary non-CLI clients to skip the
mimic-rewrite path. The known VSCode UA carries both "claude-vscode" and
"agent-sdk/X.Y.Z" tokens, so the claude-vscode alternate alone is enough
to recognise the official extension. Pattern now matches only:
(external, cli) and claude-vscode.
