2.0.0: Improved formatting options and sensitive value handling

From this version (2.0.0), this library now requires:

• PHP ^8.3.
• eboreum/caster:^2.1.0 (2.1.0 release).

eboreum/caster:2.0.0 introduced a lot of additional formatting options, including text wrapping. It also laid the groundwork for handling the PHP attributes SensitiveParameter and Eboreum\Caster\Attribute\SensitiveProperty.

eboreum/caster:2.1.0 further improved how sensitive arguments and class properties are being handled by introducing the singleton class Eboreum\Caster\SensitiveValue, which when encountered will cause a redaction of the respective argument or property.

This version of this library (exceptional) adopts and expands on the above mentioned formatting options and value redactions (from caster).
