Settings: Config and Options

Evan Shimizu edited this page Jan 31, 2019 · 1 revision

Soothsayer has many customization options. They are documented here. Data Grabbers and Data Sources are documented on their respective pages.

Theme Overrides

Theme Overrides Tab

You can override the current theme for a specific overlay. This lets you mix and match themes to fill in any gaps that one theme may have. To use an override, simply find the name of the overlay file you'd like to override, then select the desired theme from the dropdown menu. To activate the override, click the Set Overrides button. Restore Default will restore all override settings to the default No Override configuration. You'll need to click Set Overrides after restoring the defaults.

Keybinds

Keybinds Tab

Some app functions have keyboard shortcuts. Shortcuts are global, meaning that they will function even when the app does not have focus, and meaning that they may override or conflict with other keybindings outside of the app. To set a keybind, enter a valid Electron Accelerator. To unbind shortcut, delete all of the text in that keybind. Keybinds must be activated by clicking on Set Keybinds.

To restore all default keybinds, click on Restore Defaults, then click on Set Keybinds. To reset an individual keybind, click on the undo button (counterclockwise arrow button) to the right of an individual keybind, then click Set Keybinds.

Active Overlays

Active Overlays tab

The Active Overlays tab lists which overlays are currently connected. This is mostly for information/debugging purposes.
