Fixed

• Restored Home Assistant ingress access by always binding the management server to 0.0.0.0 when it is enabled
• Stopped starting the add-on management server when web_ui_enabled is off, so the bridge-only mode avoids the extra web runtime entirely

Removed

• Removed the unused add-on option web_ui_expose_network; the setup UI is now simply on or off via web_ui_enabled
