host-only 插件：/ctx 零模型 token 读数 + 占用跨过 25% / 50% / 75% 各播一条折叠报文。零运行时依赖，只有宿主自带的 @deepseek-ai/dsh-llm。
v0.1.1 只动打包与元数据，index.js 与 v0.1.0 逐字节相同：发布包现在也带上 scripts/ 自检（38 条断言，自带 @deepseek-ai/dsh-llm 替身 fixture，clone 里或装好的副本里都能直接跑），package.json 补 repository / bugs / homepage / author / icon，README 拆成 README.md（English）+ README_zh.md（中文）。
装法：npm pack → 把 tgz 放进 <DSH_HOME>\.plugin-sources\ → pnpm --dir <DSH_HOME>\profiles\<profile> add file:..\..\.plugin-sources\dsh-ctx-meter-0.1.1.tgz → 在 profile package.json 的 dsh.profile.bundles 里加 "dsh-ctx-meter" → 重启应用。

Host-only plugin: /ctx prints session context occupancy for zero model tokens, and occupancy crossing 25% / 50% / 75% posts one collapsed notice per band. Zero runtime dependencies (only the host-provided @deepseek-ai/dsh-llm).
v0.1.1 changes packaging and metadata only — index.js is byte-identical to v0.1.0. The tarball now ships scripts/ (the 38-assertion offline self-test, with its own stand-in for the host package, so it runs from a clone or from an installed copy), package.json gains repository / bugs / homepage / author / icon, and the README is split into README.md (English) + README_zh.md (中文).
Install: pack, drop the tgz into <DSH_HOME>\.plugin-sources\, pnpm --dir <DSH_HOME>\profiles\<profile> add file:..\..\.plugin-sources\dsh-ctx-meter-0.1.1.tgz, add "dsh-ctx-meter" to dsh.profile.bundles in the profile package.json, restart.
