Guide: soften the delegation figures

Follows the curator-count change in #1743. The stake and the number of delegators move every day, so a figure in the copy is stale before the next Crowdin round reaches the other locales.

What the sentences are actually for survives: the stake is mostly delegated, and 100% of the curation reward goes back to the people who delegated it.

Left alone on purpose: the mechanics numbers are the substance of the page and do not drift the same way. The 9.3% base weight and the 55 to 100% VP ramp are the bot's config, the 24 h / 72 h windows and the 12 h scale-down are chain rules, and the VP table is the point of that section.

One number of the same kind is still there: "98% of trail votes already land there" in the curation windows section. It is a measured figure that will move, but it is also the evidence for "never race the first minutes", so removing it weakens the advice. Say the word and it goes too.
