feat(standup): add multi-repo standup summary feature

Introduce a new "standup" command to generate multi-repo standup summaries.
Support configurable time ranges (e.g., 24h, 3d) and options for all or
current branch. Add tasks, concurrency, and colorized outputs for logs.
Enhance TUI with standup-related commands in the Command Palette.
