Blocks zooming when over the combat event log so that you can use the scroll wheel to scroll through the messages but allows zooming everywhere else in the combat scene.

Patch is available as a ready-to-run mod. Download the zip file and extract the contents to your mod folder. Launch the game and go to the mods setting screen to enable the mod.
