🎵 PulseMusic v1.6.8 Release
🌟 What's new
- Last.fm: Connect your account in the profile menu (sign-in in the browser). Pulse scrobbles your tracks, syncs loved tracks and adds your Last.fm taste to the recommendations.
- Daily Mix stays in its genre: The first track sets the genre for the whole playlist – even when the mix is extended while you listen.
- Trends from more sources: Besides Deezer, Apple Music, Beatport, Audius and the Last.fm charts of your country now feed the trend detection.
- Song in the status bar: On Android 16 a small capsule at the top shows the playing song. Turn it off under Settings → Playback.
- SoundCloud: Tracks in HLS format play completely and can be seeked. Artist and title are split cleanly for SoundCloud and YouTube.
- Faster loading: YouTube tracks arrive in large chunks – playback starts much faster.
- Network speakers: The timeline moves smoothly and seeking no longer jumps back. Plug in headphones or connect them via Bluetooth and the phone takes playback back from the speaker.
- Sound: Equalizer and effects now also work with hi-res and float output.
- More: Shared YouTube videos without music open as video, playlists can be shared as a story, loading errors state the reason. On the PC the left sidebar is now just the library, like Spotify.
