• Add explicit required, not_required, and unclassified Grounding Request decisions while preserving Grounding Protocol 1.0 compatibility.
• Add read-only opendomain assure with advisory and enforced modes, deterministic findings, and brownfield domain-model gap handling.
• Add the packaged Assurance Result Schema and align repository validation with Grounding Request decision rules.
• Harden external Grounding Pack trust boundaries for evidence coverage, type matching, canonical IDs, Candidate separation, normalized paths, and safe diagnostics.
• Keep maintainer OpenSpec and narrative process records outside the public repository and npm package.
