Example datasets used by echopype-examples notebooks

Files are downloaded automatically by notebooks when required and verified using SHA256 checksums.

ts_spectrum_example_data.zip

The archive contains:

  • IMR-D20211215-T143432-TSf.raw: Broadband EK80 FM dataset from the CRIMAC TS(f) processing example published in Andersen et al. (2024).

  • crimac_tsf_reference_outputs.npz: Reference outputs generated from the same dataset using the CRIMAC broadband TS processing workflow. These outputs are included for convenience and are used to validate the echopype implementation against the CRIMAC reference results.
