Initial versioned print candidate for the compact Yoto Mini charging station.

The selected W0.1 player opening is 75.28 x 45.51 mm with a 6.3 mm inside corner radius: 0.1 mm width clearance and 0.3 mm depth clearance per side. The accepted card cavity, outer footprint and centered headphone mast are preserved.

  • yoto-concept-print-parts.zip: base, flat mast halves, fit samples, assembly guide, previews and recorded validation.
  • yoto-mini-width-tests.zip: the selected W0.1 sample and retained W0.2 alternative.
  • yoto-fit-tests.zip: original Mini pocket trials and the shared two-cable passage sample.

Only the base changes from the preceding print candidate; previously printed mast halves remain the same. Print at 100% scale using the intended X1C/PLA profile.

This is a prerelease. Recorded digital geometry checks and independent review passed, but the revised full station still needs physical fit, cable, headphone, strength and stability checks. W0.1 was selected by the user; the explicit prior sample-fit feedback applied to the original 0.3 sample. Both USB-C plugs are right-angle, with their actual dimensions still unknown.
