Release VoidRaceChallenge 1.2-beta

  • Add README with setup, commands, gameplay rules, and void world setup guide
  • Restrict /voidrace commands to OP players and console
  • Add waiting-player sidebar when no race is running
  • Remove player-placed bedrock without deleting protected start and lobby platforms
  • Bump plugin version to 1.2-beta
