ECC Debugging & Navigation Features - Break-points, Stepping, and Minimap Outline

I'd like to work on two new ECC editor features: As we discussed one of our meeting.

1. ECC Break-points & Stepping - Set break-points on states and step through execution
2. Graphical Minimap in Outline - Visual diagram preview in outline panel

Where should I start? What's the entry point for implementation?

@vikash1703 I tried to find out what needs to be done to show the minimap. While doing that I noticed it can be done be just deleting one if. I created PR #2542 and would be happy if you could have a look and test.
