JGit seems to support it but I'm not sure how to configure this from the UI:

I got curious, so I played around a little bit. In the end, I think one only needs to add the following entries to the Git settings: 
Once I uploaded my public key to GitHub, the commits now also show up as "signed".

Thank you! My problems were stemming from trying this in an older installation where JGit was only speaking GPG. In up-to-date releases this works perfectly. |
