Remove dead export collection from generateIndex (#41)

The exports array built in generateIndex was never read - the index
template iterates genClasses/genEnums itself and applies the per-class
generateInterface/generateImpl flags there (since #41's fix). The
unguarded dead loops suggested the classOverrides rule was missing from
the index, which prompted the reopen of #41; published 0.0.2-next.3
output is correct.
