GMF Runtime 1.16.7

This version moves to Apache Batik 1.19 and fixes an important graphical issue (#90) with custom cursors under Windows when using fractional zoom levels (e.g. 125%). When running under Eclipse 2025-06, previous GMF Runtime versions triggered an error on custom cursor initialization. With 2025-06 this new version does not trigger the error but produces a black rectangle for custom cursors (due to a platform bug). To get proper results it is recommended to use GMF Runtime 1.16.7 under Eclipse 2025-09.

It will be part of the Eclipse 2025-09 simultaneous release.
