…loy. Set Cache-Control for console static assets (no-cache index/SPA, no-store controller-config.js, long-lived hashed assets) and omit created_at/updated_at when populating application templates for deploy.
Bump Controller to 3.8.1, update embedded console default to v1.0.10 across build/CI paths, refresh Dockerfile base-image digest pins, and document the patch release in CHANGELOG.
