Previously if the service was disabled, the recurring job was left untouched.

This means if the recurring job was already created in the past, disabling the service does not disable it completely, the job will run as scheduled.

What happens when enabled=true and mirrorEnabled=true?

Irrelevant for PR: same condition was already present, am just curious.
