New feature suggestion - Project-wide excel file import / export

Inspired from the CAMEO Excel import/export feature, it might be of interest for the SysON tool to provide capabilities to allow:

• Export of a project (or subset of a project - model granularity for example) as an Excel file containing all the selected scope information (model elements, attributes, relations ...)
• Import such an exported Excel file to update the model content. The level of supported update operations is of course challenging.

This feature will allow for roundtrip external updates of a SysON project and foster additional external tools integrations.
