UUri has been changed to use FFFF as the pattern for matching any entity instance.
The changes made to uDiscovery proto in up-spec 1.6.0-alpha.4 have been adopted in the code. Also, a L3 uDiscovery client based on the L2 RpcClient has been added.
The UMessage type identifiers used for CloudEvents have been adapted to the changes made to the proto3 definition of UMessageType.
