Closes issue #147

Buttons on WarningComposite and ExceptionComposite can be hidden by setting the Windowbuilder Basic preference to 'true'

Test commit
Set the default value of this preference to true.

If no preference is set the context menu will behave as normal

Please remove the merge commit. I typically recommend to use rebase strategy during pull. https://www.vogella.com/tutorials/Git/article.html#pullrebase Can also be set via Eclipse preferences in the Git section

This preference can be used to activate a simpler UI in windowbuilder
Updated the preference node to match the containing package
Windowbuilder Basic dependent

Added the Windowbuilder Basic preference to org.eclipse.wb.internal.core
in constant in org.eclipse.wb.core

IEditorPreferenceConstants has been removed from
org.eclipse.wb.internal.core since it has been added in a seperate
branch and this branch has been rebased
