Context Orchestrator provides open, light-weight, and platform-agnostic workflows for managing context, decisions, and history in long-context AI agent sessions. By establishing continuous documentation across session boot, operation, and closure, it prevents silent context compression losses and ensures that AI collaborations compound and carry forward seamlessly.

Ceremonies & Templates

This genesis release contains the core implementation pack of six markdown files:

  • README.md
  • session-setup.md
  • session-boot.md
  • session-close.md
  • HANDOFF-TEMPLATE.md
  • SESSION-LOG-TEMPLATE.md

Quick Start

To bootstrap a new project with Context Orchestrator, put all six files where your agent can read them, then paste this prompt:

Read these six files: README.md, session-setup.md, session-boot.md,
session-close.md, HANDOFF-TEMPLATE.md, SESSION-LOG-TEMPLATE.md.

Then run the setup ceremony in session-setup.md. Interview me, build the
scaffold, and when genesis is complete, proceed into session-boot.md and
we will start Session 1.
